Zilver is a small, modern patisserie in Filothei, inspired by the philosophy of old-school patisseries.
The name means "silver," but for us, it carries a deeper, personal significance. It is a subtle tribute to the creator's mother, Argyro — a figure inextricably linked to care, hospitality, and authentic, homemade taste.
At Zilver, everything is prepared from scratch, using real ingredients, without ready-made mixes or artificial additives.
Furthermore, we place special emphasis on personal connection. Many of our visitors are now familiar faces — people we know by name, and who know us in return.
This daily, human relationship is just as important to us as what we create in the kitchen.
Here, dessert is paired with coffee, just like in the old days, but also with a glass of wine in the evening. It is a space that does not seek to impress with excess, but to make you return.
